How to follow Spiker and Member picks

A - Open the list of Spikers' or Members' picks and click the box(es) next to the picks(s) that interest you

B - Click in My Watch List - the picks you just selected will appear in it.  Now click on the box(es) next to those picks to be notified of any changes or updates.

All notification will be emailed to your address at SpikeTrade.

Your list will automatically clear at the end of the Friday session.
