Logging in and Changing Passwords
In SpikeTrade, your email address is your login. The password you create is limited to 10 characters (A-Z, 0-9 only).
To log in, enter your email address and password in the box at the top right of the page:
If you'd like to remain logged in the next time you access the site with that browser, check the "Keep me logged in" box before clicking "Go".
Changing Your Password
If you’d like to change your password, you can do that from your Manage My Account page (you can also update billing information or membership options from this page). Please click “Manage My Account” in the upper right corner of the main page:
On the Profile page, click the "Change Info" button next to your email and password information at the top of the profile:
Simply enter your new password and click "Save Changes" to update your password.
Resetting Your Password
What if you lose or forget your password? When you attempt to log in, if your attempt is unsuccessful, you’ll see a "Forgot your password?" link:
Click on this link, and you will be prompted to enter your email address to reset your password:
You will receive an email that will allow you to reset your password. The email will contain a LINK THAT YOU MUST CLICK (do not copy-paste) to verify that you requested this password change.
The link will take you to a special SpikeTrade login page. If the email and password are already filled in on this login page, be sure to remove all the characters from the password field before entering your new temporary password.
Once you've successfully logged in, we strongly recommend changing your password from the temporary one to a new one, using the Changing Your Password instructions above.
The Log-out link is located in the upper right corner of the main page:
